What data we process and what for

Testimonies	Name, email, relationship with Marcos, the testimony and any files (photographs, documents, videos or audio) or links you send.	To read your testimony and, only if you give us permission, to publish it.	Your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.	For as long as it is useful in making Marcos known, or until you withdraw your consent. Files we do not end up using are deleted automatically after one year.
Screenings of the documentary	Name, email, organisation, town and dates.	To organise the screening.	Your request (art. 6(1)(b)).	One year from the screening.
Newsletter («Become a friend»)	Name (optional), email, date, IP address and source of the sign-up and of the confirmation.	To send you the newsletter.	Your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by email and revocable through the link in every mailing.	Until you unsubscribe; the record of consent, three years longer.
Donations	Name, email, amount, date and payment reference (card details are processed by the payment gateway).	To manage your donation and comply with accounting obligations.	Relationship with the donor (art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).	The periods laid down by accounting and tax legislation.
Site security	Technical connection data and, in the firewall, the IP address of failed or blocked access attempts.	To protect the site against attacks.	Legitimate interest in security (art. 6(1)(f)).	30 days at most.
Web analytics	Cookie identifiers and browsing data.	To understand how the site is used.	Your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).	As set out in the cookie policy.

Data we do not ask for

We do not ask for data about your religious beliefs, your health or any other special category data. Please do not include such data in your messages; if you do, we will use it only to reply to you. We neither share nor sell our lists.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. The following providers process it on our behalf and solely in order to provide us with their service:

• Hostinger (website and email hosting).
• Automattic, through MailPoet (newsletter mailings).
• Google (the Association’s email and, if you accept it, web analytics).
• Stripe (card payment of donations), when available.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing and its portability, and you may withdraw your consent, by writing to asociacionamigosdemarcospou@gmail.com. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
